Do I need to be home during the service?
In most cases, no. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source (if needed), we can complete the job while you’re away. We provide before-and-after photos for your peace of mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, Venmo, credit/debit card, Square, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll return and make it right at no additional cost.
