A neighborhood company that decided to be a real one.
Bellaire Pro Wash started as work between practices. It's now the full-time job of everyone who wears the shirt — and that difference is the whole company.
Exterior cleaning for people who care how their house reads from the street
We clean the outside of homes in Bellaire and the neighborhoods around it — siding and brick, driveways and walkways, gutters, and glass. That's the whole list. We've turned down work that isn't on it.
The homes we work on are usually well-kept and well-loved, which changes what the job actually is. Nobody here is trying to strip a surface as fast as possible. The job is to remove what's on the surface without touching the surface itself — the mortar, the sealant, the paint, the stone, the seals around the windows.
That takes more time and more thought than most exterior cleaning is priced for. It's why we're deliberately not the cheapest bid, and why the same houses keep booking us twice a year.

How a summer job turned into the plan
Most exterior cleaning companies in Houston are one of two things: a national franchise running a script, or somebody with a trailer and a weekend. We were the second one. We decided not to stay there.
Driveways in our own neighborhood, between practices
It started as work we could do around a student-athlete schedule — knocking on doors within a few blocks of home, cleaning driveways for people who already knew us. Small equipment, no employees, and a lot of learning what not to do to somebody's property.
We chose this over the jobs we could have taken
The easy path was to hang it up and go get a desk. Instead we looked at what we'd built — repeat customers and referrals — and decided it was worth doing properly. Not a gap year. The actual plan.
Real scheduling, real equipment, real accountability
Going full-time meant becoming the kind of company a homeowner should let onto their property: clear communication, purpose-built equipment instead of consumer machines, a written set of standards every technician is trained against, and arrival windows we actually keep.
A trained crew, working the same few square miles
We work a deliberately tight service area around Bellaire, West University, River Oaks, Memorial, Meyerland, and Southside Place. Staying close is what lets us hold arrival windows, come back quickly when something needs a second look, and know what a house on a given street is actually built out of.
Why we're still knocking on doors in our own neighborhood
I grew up in Bellaire. Most of the houses we clean are a few minutes from where I live, and I run into our customers at the grocery store. That's not a marketing angle — it's the reason the work gets done carefully.
When you're twenty-two and you tell people you clean houses for a living, you get a certain look. I understand it. What that look misses is that this is a real business with real standards and a team of people I'm responsible for.
What I care about is that a homeowner never has to manage us. You shouldn't have to check whether we protected the plants, whether we got the edges, whether we're coming back when we said. That should already be handled — and if it isn't, I want the call.
We're going to keep growing this. But not by taking on more than we can do properly, and not by hiring people who don't want to do it right.
What changes when this is somebody's actual job
The difference between a full-time company and a weekend operation isn't the equipment. It's what happens when something goes wrong.
- 01 We answer the phone. During the week, during the day, by the person who can actually make a decision.
- 02 We can come back. No waiting for a weekend. If something needs a second look, we're already in the neighborhood.
- 03 We document the work. Relevant conditions are photographed before work begins, and completed work is documented before we leave.
- 04 We own the equipment. Commercial machines, correct nozzles, soft-wash setup, water-fed poles — not whatever the rental yard had.
- 05 We train to a written standard. Seven of them, and nobody runs a property alone until they've earned it.
- 06 We're still here next season. The reason recurring clients matter more to us than one-off jobs.
Part of the point is who we hire
This company gives hardworking young people real responsibility early — the kind that teaches you to talk to a customer, own a mistake, and finish something properly when nobody is watching.
That only works with structure around it. Nobody is sent out to learn on your house. New technicians train alongside experienced ones, work to the same written standards, and don't run a property on their own until they've earned it.
What you get as a homeowner is a crew that's genuinely invested in the result — because for a lot of them, this is the first thing they've been trusted with.
The neighborhoods we work
Deliberately tight. It's what makes the arrival windows real.
If you're just outside this list, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hold a schedule that far out.
