How Bellaire Pro Wash documents ownership, permission, and honest presentation of website media.
Project photography
Project photographs intended for publication must be created by Bellaire Pro Wash, supplied by the owner or photographer with publication permission, or covered by a written license. Recognizable customers, private interiors, addresses, house numbers, and license plates require additional care or removal.
Before-and-after images
A comparison must use the same property and treatment and may not materially alter the cleaning result. Cropping, exposure correction, color correction, and privacy redaction are permitted when they do not misrepresent the outcome. Unmatched images must not be labeled as a before-and-after pair.
Visualizations
An edited or generated result that is not a photograph of completed BPW work must be labeled “Potential-results visualization — results vary.” It may not be presented as customer proof.
Stock, government, and third-party images
Public availability does not automatically grant reuse rights. Any third-party image must have a recorded source, creator, license or written permission, required attribution, permitted commercial use, and modification terms before publication.
Rights questions
If you believe an image is yours or was used without appropriate permission, email bellaireprowash@gmail.com with the page URL and supporting information. We will review it and can temporarily remove the image while rights are verified.
