What “a higher standard” actually means.
Every exterior company says they're professional. This page is the specific list of things we do differently — written so you can hold us to it.
Claims are cheap. These are commitments.
Search any exterior cleaning company in Houston and you'll find the same six words: quality, professional, trusted, satisfaction, affordable, experienced. None of them tell a homeowner anything, because none of them can be checked.
So we wrote down what we actually do instead. Seven standards, each one specific enough that you'd notice if we skipped it — and specific enough that you can call us out if we do.
This is the same list every person on our team is trained against.
You always know what's happening
The most common complaint homeowners have about exterior companies has nothing to do with cleaning. It's that nobody told them anything.
- —A firm price before we start, not a range that moves
- —A scheduled date, confirmed rather than assumed
- —A text when we're on the way
- —A text when we're finished, with photos
- —A real phone number that a person answers
If your schedule changes, tell us. If ours changes, we'll tell you — before the window, not during it.

We're working around a home, not on a job site
The cleaning is the easy part. What separates a careful company from a fast one is everything that happens around the water.
- —Beds and turf saturated with clean water before any solution is applied, and rinsed after
- —Exterior outlets, fixtures, and cameras covered
- —Runoff directed away from planting beds and the neighbor's side
- —Furniture and vehicles moved or covered before we start
- —Hoses run so nobody has to step over them at the front door
- —Ladders kept off gutters, sills, and stucco wherever a pole will reach
Finishing is a separate step from cleaning
Most of a job takes care of itself. The last ten percent is where companies get separated — and it's the part you actually look at.
- —Edges and corners. A surface cleaner can't sit flat against a wall or a curb. Those get worked by hand or they stay dirty.
- —Expansion joints. The seams in a driveway hold dirt longer than the slab does.
- —Window tracks and sills. Clean glass over a packed track turns muddy the first time it rains.
- —Under the eaves. The band nobody can see from the ground is usually the dirtiest part of a house.
- —The rinse down. What came off the house has to go somewhere. It shouldn't be the walkway.

You should know exactly who is at your door
Inviting a company onto your property is a trust decision before it's a cleaning decision. We try to remove as much guesswork from that as we can.
- —Branded uniforms with the company name and number on them
- —The people on our team page are the people who show up
- —Equipment staged neatly, not spread across the drive
- —Property conditions documented before work begins

The method is chosen for the surface, every time
This is the standard that actually protects your house. Pressure is not a service — it's one tool, and using it on the wrong surface is how exteriors get damaged.
- —Siding, stucco, painted brick → low pressure and solution. Soft washing
- —Concrete flatwork → surface cleaner, even passes. Concrete cleaning
- —Brick, stone, fencing → matched pressure by hand. Pressure washing
- —Glass, frames, tracks → hand wash and pole. Window cleaning
- —Gutters → cleared by hand, flushed, and checked. Gutter cleaning
Somebody checks the work before we leave
Not a branded inspection with an invented number of points. Just a walk — the same one every time, at the end of every job, before the trailer moves.
- 01Walk the surfaces we cleaned, in the light, with fresh eyes.
- 02Re-hit anything that isn't right. That's part of the job, not a callback.
- 03Walk it with you if you're home. Photograph it if you're not.
- 04Reset the property. Furniture back, gates closed, hoses off the walk.
If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come back
Nobody gets every surface perfect on every job. What matters is what happens next.
Call or text the same number you booked with. Not a form, not a ticket, not a different department — the same people. If something we cleaned doesn't look the way it should, we'd rather come back than have you tell your neighbor about it.
See the standard in practice
The standards above are easier to judge from the work than from the words.
