Your driveway isn't stained. It's ten years dirty.
Driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks surface-cleaned back to one even tone — the single most visible thing you can do to the front of a Houston house.
Nobody notices it happening
Concrete goes grey a shade at a time. Pollen in the spring, tire film in the summer, algae in the shade under the oak, and a slow layer of everything that washes down off the roof. It never looks dirty on any given day — it just looks a little older every year.
Then it gets cleaned, and the homeowner finds out the driveway was never grey. It was tan. The walkway matched the house. The pool deck was two shades lighter than the coping.
Almost none of what we remove is a stain. It's build-up, and build-up comes off.

Flatwork we clean
If you can walk or park on it, it's on this list.
- —Driveways, aprons, and shared drives
- —Front walks and side paths
- —Back patios and porches
- —Pool decks and coping
- —Garage floors
- —Curbs and street aprons
- —Exposed aggregate and broom finish
- —Stamped and stained concrete, at a pressure it will take
Three driveways, same afternoon each
Drag any divider. Watch the expansion joints and the edge against the grass — that's where a rushed pass shows.

Ten years of shade staining, gone in an afternoon.
Surface-cleaned end to end at a consistent pressure, then rinsed clear of the beds and the downspout run at the back.

What comes out, and what doesn't
Cleaning removes build-up. It does not remove everything, and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.
- —Comes out: algae, mildew, pollen, dirt, tire film, and general greying
- —Usually improves a lot: rust from sprinkler heads and furniture feet, older oil drips
- —Improves, rarely disappears: deep-set oil in porous or older slabs
- —Won't change: paint spills, cracks, spalling, and permanent discoloration in the concrete itself
Send a photo of anything you're worried about and we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we quote it.
Four hours, start to finish, on most driveways
Measure from photos
Square footage and condition. Most flatwork prices without a site visit.
Protect and pre-treat
Beds pre-wet, fixtures covered, and organic growth given solution and dwell time.
Surface clean
Overlapping passes at constant height, then edges and joints detailed by hand.
Rinse and walk it
Everything rinsed down and away, then walked with you before we pack up.
Driveways we clean
Long side drives, shared alley access, and circle drives — we've priced all of them across these neighborhoods.
Bellaire and West U shared drives get quoted as one run, not split down the middle. Coordinate with your neighbor and it's cheaper for both of you.
