For security, we may retain a shortened user-agent string and a salted hash of an IP address; we do not store the raw IP address in the lead record.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule and perform work, communicate about an active or prior service, maintain transaction records, prevent spam and abuse, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Asking for a quote does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Contact consent
When you check the consent box and submit a form, you authorize Bellaire Pro Wash to contact you about that request by telephone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Property photographs
Job photographs may document existing conditions and completed work. Marketing use requires permission when a property or person is recognizable. We remove or avoid visible addresses, house numbers, license plates, and other identifying details. You may decline marketing use without affecting service.
Retention
Quote requests that do not become jobs are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 24 months of inactivity. Transaction, tax, signed agreement, and warranty-related records may be retained for up to seven years or longer when legally required. Marketing permissions remain until withdrawn. Backup copies may persist briefly until overwritten.
Security and data minimization
We use access controls, hashed security data, rate limiting, anti-spam checks, and encrypted connections where supported. No system is guaranteed secure. Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the website forms.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information connected to you, or withdraw consent and object to certain uses. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, taxes, safety, disputes, or law. We do not discriminate for making a privacy request.
Children
This website is for property owners, tenants, and authorized representatives seeking services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
