Meet the people behind the work.
You're not hiring a logo. You're deciding who gets to spend a day on your property — so here's who that is.
Small enough that it's personal. Organized enough that it's reliable.
Bellaire Pro Wash is a team of people who live in and around the neighborhoods we work in. That's not a marketing line — it's the reason the work gets done carefully. We run into our customers at the grocery store.
Every person on this page is trained against the same written list of standards, and every job ends with a walk before anyone leaves. The company is built so that a homeowner gets the same visit whether the owner is on site that day or not.
Read the seven standardsHow it started, and why we kept going
Bellaire Pro Wash started while we were student-athletes, working around practice schedules on driveways in our own neighborhood. That's where it began. It isn't what it is now.
After graduating, we chose this over the jobs we could have taken instead — not as a gap year, but because we'd found something we were good at and wanted to build properly. That meant real scheduling, real equipment, real accountability, and a team trained to a standard rather than a group of friends with a pressure washer.
What that means for a homeowner is simple: this is our full-time work. If something on your property isn't right, there's no shift ending and nobody else to hand it to.
I grew up in Bellaire. Most of our customers are within a few minutes of where I live, which is a good reason to do careful work.
Who actually shows up
Names and roles, so nobody arriving at your house is a stranger.
Runs quotes, scheduling, and the final walk on most jobs. Grew up in Bellaire and still lives here.
Trained to the same written process for setup, property protection, cleaning, and the final walkthrough.
What we expect from everyone who wears the shirt
These aren't values on a wall. They're the things that get someone taken off a crew if they don't do them.
- 01 Communicate like a professional. Answer the homeowner. Say what's happening. Never disappear mid-job.
- 02 Respect the customer. Their schedule, their kids, their dog, their driveway, their time.
- 03 Respect the property. Protect what you're standing on before you turn anything on.
- 04 Show up prepared. Right equipment, right solution, right plan for the surface.
- 05 Finish the details. Edges, corners, tracks, joints. The last ten percent is the job.
- 06 Own the result. If it isn't right, say so before the homeowner does.
Ambitious people, working to a set standard
Part of why this company exists is to give hardworking young people real responsibility early — the kind that teaches you to talk to a customer, own a mistake, and finish something properly.
That only works with structure around it. Nobody is sent out to learn on your house. New technicians train alongside experienced ones, work to the same written standards as everyone else, and don't run a property on their own until they've earned it.
The result is a team that's genuinely invested in the outcome — because for most of them this is the first thing they've been trusted with, and they know it.
