Quotes and online requests

Requesting or receiving a quote is free and does not create a payment obligation.

Cancellation before work

You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (832) 430-2122. Unless your written quote clearly states a different rule for reserved labor, materials, equipment, or a special-order service, Bellaire Pro Wash does not charge a cancellation fee.

Deposits

A deposit applies only when its amount, purpose, cancellation treatment, and refundability are written in the quote or agreement before payment. No deposit is automatically nonrefundable. If BPW cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, any unearned deposit will be returned.

Completed services

If something within the approved scope is not right, notify us as soon as practical and preferably within seven days. We will review the scope, photographs, conditions, and result. When appropriate, the first remedy is a reasonable correction or re-service opportunity. This does not reduce any non-waivable legal rights.

Refund decisions

Refunds may be approved when paid work was not performed, was charged in error, could not reasonably be corrected, or another written term requires one. Work completed within the approved scope is not automatically refundable because of pre-existing damage, permanent staining, oxidation, etching, or a limitation disclosed before work.

Timing

Approved card refunds are submitted to the original payment method, typically within five business days; the financial institution may take additional time to post them. Cash or check refunds are arranged directly. We do not require store credit instead of an approved refund.

Membership changes

A recurring plan may be stopped for future visits by contacting us. Charges for already completed visits remain due. Any minimum term, discount adjustment, or special first-visit benefit must be disclosed in the signed membership agreement before enrollment.
