Five services. One standard.
Everything we do is exterior work on homes people care about — so every job runs the same way, whether it's a two-pane transom or a full concrete driveway.
Grouped by the problem, not the equipment
Most exterior companies list a machine and expect you to work out what it does to your house. We group our work by what's actually happening to the property — organic growth, ground-in traffic, hard water on glass — and match the method to the surface.
If you're not sure which one you need, send photos. We'll tell you what we'd do and what we wouldn't.
- 01Walked first. We look at the property before anything gets turned on.
- 02Protected. Beds, fixtures, and outlets covered or rinsed as needed.
- 03Documented. Photos of the work, and a walkthrough before we pack up.
Exterior cleaning
The three services that change how a house reads from the curb.

House Washing
Low-pressure soft washing that kills the mildew and algae growing on siding, stucco, and painted brick — instead of blasting it off and leaving the roots.
- —Safe on stucco, Hardie, painted brick, and stone
- —Windows and beds rinsed after the wash
- —Shaded north-facing walls get the most attention
Pressure Washing
Full-pressure work where it belongs: concrete, brick, stone, fences, and the surfaces that can take it. Matched pressure and an even pass, so there are no wand stripes left behind.
- —Surface cleaner on flatwork — no zebra striping
- —Edges and corners detailed by hand
- —Runoff directed away from beds and drains

Rust Stain Removal
Orange rust stains need targeted treatment. The surface and likely stain source are assessed first, with clear expectations before work begins.
- —Treatment selected for the stain and surface
- —A test area where needed before wider treatment
- —Results reviewed with you after rinsing

Window Cleaning
The one service where the difference between good and careless is visible from inside the house, every day, in every light.
- —Interior and exterior glass
- —Frames, sills, and tracks wiped, not skipped
- —Screens removed, cleaned, and re-hung
- —Second and third story reached by water-fed pole
Gutter Cleaning
Houston gets enough rain in a single afternoon to prove whether your gutters work. Ours is a hand-clear, flush, and check — not a leaf-blower pass from the ground.
- —Debris removed by hand and bagged, not blown into the beds
- —Every run flushed and watched for flow
- —Downspouts checked and cleared
- —Before and after photos from the ladder

The same four steps on every service

Uniformed crew, protected landscaping, texted arrival window.

You approve every surface before the trailer moves.
Where we work
Bellaire is home base. Most of our work is within fifteen minutes of it.
Outside these? Ask anyway — if we're already working nearby that week, we can usually fit it in.
Choosing the right service
I don't know what my house needs. What do I ask for?
Can you do more than one service in the same visit?
Do you clean roofs?
How is pressure washing different from soft washing?
Do you offer recurring service?
Not sure which service you need?
Send a few photos. We'll tell you what we'd do — and what we'd leave alone.
