This is our street too.
Bellaire Pro Wash is named after Bellaire because that's where it operates from. The trucks load here, the work starts here, and most of the houses we clean are a few minutes from the shop.
The closest thing we have to a home field
Bellaire calls itself the City of Homes, and after a few years of cleaning them you start to notice it is really two cities on the same street.
On one side of the driveway there's an original 1950s brick ranch, low and shaded, with painted trim, an attached carport, and gutters full of live oak. Directly next door there's a rebuild twice its height in stucco and stone, with a second-story elevation nobody has touched since it was finished, and a driveway poured within the last five years.
Those two houses do not get the same wash. One needs a careful low-pressure soft wash and a very gentle hand around chalking paint and old glazing. The other needs the right dwell time on stucco and a pole that reaches thirty feet without a ladder ever touching the elevation.
How we decide which method a house gets
What Bellaire properties have in common
Years of shade, rain, and tire traffic, taken off in one morning
A surface cleaner run at even pressure — no wand stripes, no zebra lines — then rinsed clean and edged by hand where the concrete meets the beds.
Three things we see in Bellaire more than anywhere else
Not marketing copy — this is what the quotes actually say.
Gutters that fill twice a year
The older streets sit under continuous live oak. Leaves, catkins and acorns pack the trough into a wet mat that holds water against the fascia.
Flat and wideDriveways doing the most work
Bellaire driveways are long, flat, shaded on one side and streaked on the other. It's the fastest visible change on the whole property.
Two erasNew stucco next to old brick
Rebuild elevations that have never been cleaned, beside original brick that needs a far lighter touch. Same street, different jobs.
What "local" is actually worth
Every company in Houston claims it. Here is the version that means something.
- 01 We can be back the same week. If something needs another pass, it isn't a scheduling event — we're already down the road.
- 02 We know the streets before we arrive. Where a trailer fits, which drives are too narrow, which blocks you don't run equipment on early.
- 03 Your neighbors can vouch for us. On most Bellaire streets we've already cleaned a house you can walk to.
- 04 We answer for our work in person. There's no call center between you and the people who did the job.
How a Bellaire job usually runs
-
Address and photos
Most Bellaire homes we can price from the address and three phone photos, because we already know the block.
-
Quote after we review your request
Itemized by surface, so you can take the driveway now and the house wash later if you want.
-
An arrival window we hold
Short drive, no cross-town traffic. If we're running late you hear it from us first.
-
Photos before we leave
Before and after, sent the same day — including the parts of the property you don't see from the front door.
If you're on one of the older streets under continuous oak, plan on gutters twice a year regardless of how the front of the house looks. That's the single most common correction we make to a Bellaire estimate.
Next street over
Bellaire sits in the middle of everything we do. These are the neighborhoods on either side of it.
