Braeswood
Tree cover, older brick, long drives, and Houston humidity make house washing, concrete care, windows, and gutters common here.
Bellaire Pro Wash works a small map. Everything we clean is inside about twenty minutes of the Bellaire office — close enough that we know the streets, the soil, and which houses get the worst of the shade.
Most exterior cleaning companies in Houston will drive an hour for a job. We don't, and the reason isn't fuel.
Working a tight radius means we've cleaned the house two doors down. We know that the 1950s brick on one street takes a different mix than the stucco on the next, that the oaks on one block fill gutters twice as fast as the block behind it, and which streets you cannot park a trailer on at 7am without hearing about it.
It also means when something needs a second look, we're fifteen minutes away instead of across the county.
Nine core areas. Each page covers what we actually see on those streets — not a list of keywords with the name swapped.
Home base. Fifties brick ranches next door to new builds twice their size — two completely different cleaning problems on one street.
Our home city 02Tight lots, close neighbors, cars on the street. Everything here is a question of access and control.
Access-first work 03Limestone, slate, ironwork, motor courts. Surfaces where the wrong pressure is a permanent mistake.
Estate properties 04Deep wooded lots under pine and oak. Shade keeps elevations damp, and damp is where the green starts.
Heaviest canopy 05Original ranch homes beside raised rebuilds. New concrete and a lot of flat driveway.
Rebuilt and rising 06A city you can walk across. Word travels faster here than anywhere else we work.
Two-tenths of a mile 07The wider map, and an honest answer about how far we'll drive and when we'll tell you no.
Greater HoustonHouston is a subtropical climate on clay soil with a growing season that barely stops. Exterior surfaces here don't get dirty the way they do in a dry climate — they get colonized.
Two identical houses on the same street can need completely different treatments if one sits under the canopy and the other doesn't. We price what we see, not what the address suggests.
Tree cover, older brick, long drives, and Houston humidity make house washing, concrete care, windows, and gutters common here.
Large lots and mature canopy call for careful access planning, protected landscaping, and scheduled exterior maintenance.
The nine core areas above are where most of our work happens. They are not a fence.
We take work in Braeswood, Tanglewood, Rice Military, the Heights, Sugar Land and Pearland regularly — and there are days it makes sense to go further, particularly for larger multi-surface projects where the job runs more than a day.
What we won't do is quote a property we can't service properly. If you're far enough out that we can't hold an arrival window or come back quickly if something needs another pass, we'll say so and point you to someone who can.
Across every area we serve, these three account for most of the calendar.
The full exterior — siding, brick, stucco, soffits and eaves — on the low-pressure method the surface calls for.
Fastest changeDriveways, walkways and pool decks. The single most visible thing you can do to a property in one morning.
Most repeatedInside and out, screens and tracks included. Most homes here land on twice a year.
Send the address and a couple of photos. Quotes come back after we review your request.
