Standard Service Agreement
This public framework explains the contract structure. The customer-specific written quote and signature record contain the final scope and price.
Documents that form the agreement
The agreement consists of the approved quote, its line-item scope, service date or scheduling method, payment terms, disclosed exclusions, these standard terms, and any signed membership addendum. If they conflict, the more specific signed term controls.
Required customer-specific details
- Customer name and service address.
- Exact surfaces and services included and excluded.
- Total price, tax, deposit if any, and payment timing.
- Known limitations, fragile surfaces, access requirements, and expected result.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, guarantee, and recurring-plan terms that apply.
- Customer and BPW acceptance with date and an accessible copy.
Changes
No material change to scope or price is authorized by silence. A change order must identify the added or removed work and price and be approved before that changed work begins.
Electronic acceptance
An electronic signature, checkbox paired with the agreement, or written approval can be used when the customer can review and retain the terms. Marketing consent must remain separate from service-contract acceptance.
