Effective September 28, 2026. These terms cover the website and standard Bellaire Pro Wash services.
Who we are
Bellaire Pro Wash LLC provides exterior cleaning services in Bellaire and surrounding Houston neighborhoods. Website information is general; your written quote and signed service agreement control the specific job.
Quotes and scope
A website submission is a request, not a booking. A job is scheduled only after we issue a written scope and price and both sides approve the applicable terms. Quotes are based on conditions visible or disclosed when prepared. Any material change in surface, access, quantity, or condition requires your approval before it changes the scope or price.
Pricing and fees
Required charges, taxes, deposits, minimums, and optional add-ons must appear in the written quote before approval. We do not add an undisclosed fee after approval. No online statement overrides the amount and scope in the accepted quote.
Access and customer responsibilities
You must have authority to approve work at the property and provide safe access, working water where required, gate or entry instructions, and notice of fragile, damaged, leaking, unsealed, recently painted, or hazardous conditions. Secure pets, close windows, and move sensitive property when requested. We may pause or decline unsafe work.
Methods and results
We select methods based on the surface and observed condition. Cleaning can reveal pre-existing fading, oxidation, etching, failed seals, loose material, cracks, or repairs. We do not promise complete removal of every stain or restoration to a new condition. A specific warranty or rain guarantee applies only when written into your approved quote or membership agreement.
Scheduling, cancellation, and payment
Arrival windows and dates may change for weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Payment timing and accepted methods appear in the written quote. Unless a deposit is expressly stated, payment is due after the agreed work is completed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Photographs and reviews
Operational photographs may document conditions and completion. Public marketing use requires applicable permission under the Privacy Policy. Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences; we do not require positive sentiment or suppress valid criticism.
Website use
Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse contact forms. Website content may not be copied or represented as another company's work without permission.
Disclaimers and governing law
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Bellaire Pro Wash is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website downtime or reliance on general website content. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Texas law applies without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
